Welcome to Genius Skills Empowerment Initiative. Our organization was born from a deep desire to address the skills gap affecting vulnerable communities in our society. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality skills training regardless of their background or economic status.
At Genius Skills, we are committed to creating an enabling environment that brings forth creativity and talents through free skill acquisition programs. Our approach focuses on sustainable empowerment that leads to financial independence and improved livelihoods.

Our Programs
We offer comprehensive programs designed to empower individuals and transform communities.
Short Term Skill Appreciation Training
We organize skills appreciation courses/trainings for groups of people in churches, mosques and in other places where our services are needed. However such trainees are not empowered immediately because of the short term nature of this training. Afterwards, the trainees may decide to benefit from the comprehensive and certified trainings that come with the empowerment.
The Displaced Person's Program
This program is our core project, where we offer free skills training/empowerment to the vulnerable such as the internally displaced persons (IDPs), the returnees/deportees who initially embarked on dangerous trip abroad in search of greener pastures, victims of callous and greedy human traffickers, domestic violence victims, touts etc
Youth and Women Program
Here we focus on the teeming youths, such as students from secondary, tertiary institutions and corps members. Women who desire to learn skill also come under this program
The Disable Program
Under this project, we take the skills training and eventual empowerment to them in their domain considering their disability.
Capacity Building
Organizations and corporate bodies can take advantage of this program to train and equip their employees for not only life after retirement but also, to help them build other streams of income.
Train The Trainer Program
This program is designed to train individuals in the art of training others. It equips individuals with the skills and knowledge to train others in various skills.
