Our Story
Our organization is dedicated to enriching the lives of the helpless and vulnerable in the society through the provision of skill acquisition and empowerment training programs, hereby alleviating the biting economic hardship currently being experienced in our nation as our own contribution to our society. We provide a platform for comprehensive empowerment of individuals/groups and encourage ownership of their own development thereby reducing poverty.
Since our inception, we have been dedicated to alleviating economic hardship in communities across Nigeria. Our approach combines practical skills training with business development support, creating pathways out of poverty and towards self-sufficiency for thousands of individuals.

Our History
Since our founding, we have grown from a small community initiative to a recognized organization making a significant impact across multiple regions.
2013
Foundation
Genius Skills Empowerment Initiative was established with a focus on providing vocational skills to vulnerable youth.
2015
First Training Center
Opened our first dedicated training center in Abuja, offering courses in tailoring, carpentry, and catering.
2017
Business Support Program
Launched our business establishment program to help graduates start their own enterprises.
